1. General Terms

  • All rentals are subject to availability.
  • A valid government-issued ID and payment method are required for every rental.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • The renter is responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rented items during the rental period.

2. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the scheduled pickup date and ends on the scheduled return date.
  • Late returns will incur additional charges as outlined in our late fee policy.
  • Extensions may be requested but are subject to approval and availability.

3. Pickup Policy

  • Rentals can be picked up at our office address during the following hours:

  • If you are unable to pick up your rental at the scheduled time, please notify us in advance to reschedule.

4. Return Policy

  • All rentals must be returned by the agreed-upon return date.
  • Returns can be made at our office address.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were rented, with all components and accessories included.
  • Late returns will incur a fee per day.

5. Inspection and Damage

  • All items are inspected before rental and upon return.
  • The renter is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented items during the rental period.
  • If damages are found, the renter will be charged the repair or replacement cost.
  • We recommend renters inspect items at pickup to confirm their condition.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least before the pickup date will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for early returns.

7. Special Requests

  • If you require delivery or pickup services, please contact us in advance. Additional fees may apply.
  • For large or specialized equipment, a security deposit may be required.
